View Article and Find Full Text PDFBackground: In 2016/2017, Mozambique conducted a countrywide long-lasting insecticidal nets (LLINs) universal coverage campaign (UCC). This paper aims to describe the planning and implementation process of the campaign in Mozambique.
Methods: A cross-sectional and descriptive design was used for reporting the planning and implementation process of the UCC.
Objective: To assess the ownership and use of mosquito nets in 2014, in Mozambique.
Methods: This observational and cross-sectional study assessed, in February and March 2015, 69 districts (nine of 11 provinces of Mozambique) that have benefited from the mass distribution of mosquito nets. The Lot Quality Assurance Sampling methodology was used.
