Vincristine is a chemotherapeutic agent with a potential toxicity of sensorimotor peripheral neuropathy. Patients receiving chemotherapy are in an immunocompromised state and may require antifungal agents. Triazole antifungals are known inhibitors of cytochrome P450 (CYP) enzymes.
