We report a case of Herlyn-Werner-Wunderlich syndrome diagnosed in the neonatal period. US revealed the classic association of a uterus didelphys with blind hemivagina and no ipsilateral kidney. The diagnosis was established by postnatal US and confirmed by MRI.
