Background: The neonatal period is marked by major changes in the cardiovascular system, especially in the first week of life. Unlike the adult population, studies on electrocardiogram (ECG) data in the neonatal period are scarce. We present five cases from three generations within the same family with varying degrees of phenotypic expression of the gene mutation. The cases were diagnosed following identification of CCHS in index case at birth.
