The SIVFLORA dataset was generated through five steps: study area delimitation, compiling the dataset, validating and harmonizing taxonomy, structuring dataset attributes, and establishing file format and open access. Covering major taxonomic divisions, SIVFLORA offers a comprehensive overview of plant occurrences, comprising 14,589 records representing 886 species, 95 families, and 42 orders.

This paper presents a real-time approach for depalletizing heterogeneous pallets with boxes of varying sizes and arbitrary orientations, including configurations where the topmost surfaces of boxes are not necessarily parallel to each other.

Studies of free-ranging wildlife often involve individual tracking by sequentially recording animals' positions over a continuous and extended period. Automatic, programmable, operational continuously, and user-friendly thanks to the development of intuitive software, GPS (Global Positioning System) enable the acquisition of large quantities of data, day and night, regardless of field and weather conditions, while allowing for levels of spatial and temporal resolution in the location data never before achieved in wildlife tracking studies. However, GPS collars deployment on wild fauna does not directly translate into scientific outcomes.

Introduction: Secondary forests and coffee cultivation systems with shade trees might have great potential for carbon sequestration as a means of climate change adaptation and mitigation. This study aimed to measure carbon stocks in coffee plantations under different managements and secondary forest systems in the Peruvian Amazon rainforest (San Martín Region).

Methods: The carbon stock in secondary forest trees was estimated using allometric equations, while carbon stocks in soil, herbaceous biomass, and leaf litter were determined through sampling and laboratory analysis.

Uncommon Magnetic Ordering in the Quantum Magnet Yb_{3}Ga_{5}O_{12}.

The antiferromagnetic structure of Yb_{3}Ga_{5}O_{12} is identified by neutron diffraction experiments below the previously known transition at T_{λ}=54  mK. The magnetic propagation vector is found to be k=(1/2,1/2,0), an unusual wave vector in the garnet structure. The associated complex magnetic structure highlights the role of exchange interactions in a nearly isotropic system dominated by dipolar interactions and finds echoes with exotic structures theoretically proposed.

A 19-year-old woman presented to emergency care 4 hours after an accidental fall that resulted in the avulsion of teeth #8, #9, and #25; a complicated crown fracture and lateral luxation of tooth #7; an uncomplicated crown fracture of tooth #10; and a fracture of the maxillary alveolar bone.

Navigating discreetly: Spatial ecology of urban wild boar in Bordeaux City's landscape of fear, France.

An exemplary urban adapter, the wild boar (Sus scrofa) has successfully colonized urban ecological niches worldwide. Improvement of strategies for optimal management of urban wild boar need to gather more empirical evidence of their spatial ecology. This study is based on GPS tracking and capture-mark-recapture (CMR) of 10 and 59 wild boar, respectively, captured in Bordeaux Metropolis (France).

Enhanced head and neck radiotherapy target definition through multidisciplinary delineation and peer review: A prospective single-center study.
