Anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibodies in adult patients with juvenile idiopathic arthritis.

Background: Antibodies to cyclic citrullinated peptide (anti-CCP) have been found in different proportions in the juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA) population. The majority of studies have been done in children or mixed population (children plus adults).

Aim: The objective of the study was to study the prevalence of anti-CCP in JIA adult patients.

Anti-RO anti-LA anti-RNP antibodies and eletrocardiogram's PR interval in adult patients with systemic lupus erythematosus.

Background: Children born from mothers with anti-Ro La or RNP autoantibodies may develop neonatal lupus. One of the manifestations of neonatal lupus is congenital atrio ventricular block.

Objective: To study EKG PR interval in adult systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) patients with anti-Ro anti-La and anti-RNP autoantibodies.
