Objective: Malignant gliomas impose a significant symptomatic burden on patients and their families. Current guidelines recommend palliative care for patients with advanced tumors within eight weeks of diagnosis, emphasizing early integration for malignant glioma cases. However, the utilization rate of palliative care for these patients in Germany remains unquantified.
