Aims: The aim of this study was to monitor the trajectories of antidepressant use during pregnancy and the postpartum period among women chronically treated with antidepressants before their pregnancy, and to assess characteristics associated with each trajectory.

Aims: Amoxicillin (AMX)-induced crystal nephropathy (AICN) is a rarely reported adverse drug reaction (ADR) but its increase has been recently reported in the Paris area. Our aim was to investigate the incidence, characteristics and outcome of AICN in France.
Methods: Retrospective analysis of all AICN cases reported to the French National Pharmacovigilance Database and the Marketing Authorization Holders Pharmacovigilance Database.
Medication errors (ME) are frequently encountered and present at every step of the therapeutic process. This study's aims were to take stock of the ME reported to the region's pharmacovigilance (CRPV) and poison control centers (CAPTV) and to identify potential regional actions. A 2-months (January and February 2017) prospective gathering of the calls to the CAPTV regarding the ME and of the ME declarations to the region's CRPV (Clermont-Ferrand, Grenoble, Lyon, Saint-Etienne) has been carried out.

Doctor shopping represented the main way to obtain high quantities of opioids in abuse/diversion. The aim of this study was to assess the trends in the prevalence of doctor shopping for high dosage buprenorphine (HDB) and methadone (MTD) from 2004 to 2014 by using the French Health Insurance claims.

Objectives: The aim of this study was to assess the incidence of OST (high dosage buprenorphine (HDB) and methadone (MTD)) shopping behavior and identify associated risk factors, and its impact on mortality.

Clinical Features: We report the case of a 31-yr-old parturient at 34 weeks gestation of a twin pregnancy, who experienced acute pulmonary edema after tocolytic treatment with nifedipine, nicardipine and atosiban of > 48 hr in duration. This patient presented with hypoxia during labour and non-invasive ventilation was successfully used allowing delivery by vaginal approach, with patient-controlled epidural analgesia, of two twins with a five minute Apgar score of 8.
