Objectives: Temocillin, a carbapenem-sparing β-lactam antibiotic, is commonly used at the standard 4 g/day dosage for treating complicated urinary tract infections (cUTIs). However, pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic (PK/PD) data supporting this regimen is limited.
