Background and context This paper outlines the process of moving a continuing education programme for primary healthcare professionals from a fully in-person model to fully online so it could continue during coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) lockdowns. The programme uses a peer-led Small Group model with the leader facilitating interactive discussion based on background content researched by a team from Pegasus Health. Assessment of problem When the COVID-19 restrictions were implemented in March 2020, the usual in-person Small Group meetings could not continue.

We examined the phenotypic features, insulin secretory response to glucose, and response to treatment in subjects with HNF1β-MODY (MODY 5).
Methods: Twelve subjects with HNF1β-MODY were phenotyped in detail.

Purpose: To report optical coherence tomography angiography findings obtained in two patients with solar retinopathy.
Methods: Two case reports.
Results: Two patients presented with blurry vision after sun gazing during the recent solar eclipse and were found to have characteristic foveal lesions on examination and optical coherence tomography consistent with solar retinopathy.

Background And Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of systemic prostaglandin E1 (PGE1) infusion within the first 24 hours of acute central retinal artery occlusion (CRAO).
Patients And Methods: Best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) was analyzed in a case series of six eyes from six patients (mean age: 69.33 years) with acute CRAO who were treated with twice-daily intravenous infusion of 40 μg PGE1.
Importance: Ledipasvir-sofosbuvir has become the current standard of care for hepatitis C since its release in 2014. Therefore, potential adverse effects are important to identify.
Objective: To report findings of uveitis after treatment with ledipasvir-sofosbuvir for hepatitis C.

Purpose: To report a case of optic pit maculopathy with retinoschisis-like edema with a rare finding of retinal telangiectasia.
Methods: Retrospective case report.
Results: A 22-year-old white man with a right optic pit presented with blurry vision and was found to have optic pit maculopathy with retinoschisis-like macular edema and retinal telangiectasia along the superior-temporal arcade.
Purpose: To investigate the choroidal thickness (CT) and choroidal area (CA) in patients with unilateral commotio retinae of the macula using spectral domain optical coherence tomography with enhanced-depth imaging.
Methods: This is a retrospective review of 16 eyes of 8 consecutive patients with unilateral macular commotio retinae within 7 days of blunt ocular trauma that underwent optical coherence tomography with enhanced-depth imaging seen at our institution. The contralateral, nontraumatized eye served as the control group.
MicroRNA (miRNA) are a class of non-coding, 19-25 nucleotide RNA critical for network-level regulation of gene expression. miRNA serve as paracrine signaling molecules. Using an unbiased array approach, we previously identified elevated levels of miR-224 and miR-103 to be associated with a monogenic form of diabetes; HNF1A-MODY.

Methods And Materials: Based on the sparse literature and techniques currently used at other centres, we designed a simple technique for simulation and treatment in the prone position.
