Design: Prospective, single-center, single-masked, randomized controlled clinical study.
Essential infantile esotropia (EIE) is the most common type of childhood esotropia. Although its classical approach is surgical, less invasive techniques have been proposed as an adjunct or alternative to traditional surgery.
