A wide spectrum of neurological manifestations in pediatrics patients with the COVID-19 infection: a case series.

Neurological symptoms in COVID-19 patients can also be found in the pediatric population, but they are usually described as mild symptoms. Herein, we described a case series of four pediatric patients with severe and highly heterogeneous central and peripheral nervous system manifestations. The objective was to report neurological manifestations of COVID-19 in children and adolescents.

Multisystemic Infarctions in COVID-19: Focus on the Spleen.

Unlabelled: The literature suggests that COVID-19 provokes arterial and venous thrombotic events, although the mechanism is still unknown. In this study, we describe patients with confirmed coronavirus infection associated with multisystemic infarction, focusing on splenic infarction. More data are required to elucidate how COVID-19 and thrombotic disease interact and so that preventive and early diagnosis strategies can be developed.
