Objectives: The overall pooled success rate of the Hall Technique (HT) in various types of studies has not been investigated. The present study aims to evaluate the success rate of HT to restore carious primary molars.
Methods: A systematic search was carried out in the MEDLINE/PubMed, Excerpta Medica Database (EMBASE), Scopus, Web of Science, and LIVIVO electronic databases, as well as the ProQuest database for grey literature review.
Background: The survival of ART restorations can be influenced by the choice of the restorative material. The aim of this randomized non-inferiority controlled trial was to compare the 2-year survival rate and cost analysis of two encapsulated glass ionomer cements (GIC) as occlusoproximal restorative materials in primary molars.
Methods: Children from public schools in Tietê (Brazil), aged 4-8 years with occlusoproximal dentine carious lesions in primary molars were selected and randomly assigned to receive either Equia Forte (EF) or Riva Self Cure (RSC) as restorative materials.
Objective: To identify the best available approach to avoid initial caries lesions progression in primary teeth.
Materials And Methods: Search was performed in MEDLINE/Pubmed, Web of Science, Embase and CENTRAL databases until March 2021. Studies compared treatment options to avoid the initial caries lesion progression with at least 12 months of follow-up were included.

Background: Children with learning disabilities (CLD) have worse health outcomes than children with no learning disabilities (CNLD). This systematic review compared caries experience and met dental care need for CLD to CNLD using Decayed, Missing, Filled Permanent Teeth (DMFT) and decayed, missing/extracted, filled primary teeth (dmft/deft), care index (CI), and restorative index (RI) values.
Methods: Without date or language restrictions four databases were searched for; cross-sectional studies comparing caries experience and CI/ RI in CLD matched to groups of CNLD.
An electrochromic nanocomposite based on a nickel-salen polymeric film - poly[Ni(3-Mesalen)], Mesalen=N,N'-bis(3-methylsalicylideneiminate) - and graphene nanoplatelets (GFNPs) with enhanced electrochromic stability was successfully prepared by anodic electropolymerization. Although the electrochemical processes typical of the polymer film were not changed by the presence of graphene, higher electroactive surface coverages could be obtained for nanocomposite films, which suggest the incorporation of GFNPs into the polymeric network. The nanocomposite showed multi-electrochromic behavior, with color changes between yellow (reduced state) and green (oxidized state).
