Objective: This work aims to search for the shortest duration of an early F-florbetaben positron emission tomography (PET) dynamic acquisition to obtain reliable information on the brain amyloid-β (Aβ) deposition and perfusion.
Methods: 25 patients that underwent an early F-florbetaben PET dynamic acquisition starting immediately post-injection (maximum of 60 min duration) were retrospectively included. Reference region-based Patlak plot [Formula: see text] (transference rate to the irreversible compartment) and [Formula: see text] (distribution volume) were computed.
In the present study, it was evaluated the chemical composition and the antinociceptive activity of the essential oil obtained from the leaves of . Seven compounds corresponding to 96.2% of the crude essential oil were identified.

(Cannabaceae) roots presents several therapeutic indications in folk medicine.
Aim Of The Study: This study aimed to evaluate the anti-inflammatory and spasmolytic effects as well as the toxicological profile of the aqueous extract of Cannabis sativa roots (CsAqEx) in mice.
Cirsiliol is a flavone found in many Lamiaceae species with high cytotoxic activity against tumor cell lines. Although cirsiliol is being used in cancer therapy, its pharmacological potential is limited by its low solubility and bioavailability. In this paper, a cirsiliol-β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex was developed in order to increase its solubility and bioavailability.

Ethnopharmacological Relevance: Croton conduplicatus Kunth (Euphorbiaceae) is a Brazilian aromatic medicinal plant, widely known as "quebra-faca". In folk medicine, its leaves and stem-barks are used as a natural analgesic for the treatment of headaches.
Aim Of The Study: In this study, we describe for the first time the neuropharmacological potential of the essential oil obtained from the leaves of Croton conduplicatus (EO) in experimental models of pain, anxiety and insomnia.
Annona vepretorum Mart. (Annonaceae) is a species popularly known in Brazil as "araticum" and "pinha da Caatinga". We have evaluated the antinociceptive effects of A.
