Introduction: This prospective study aims to illustrate the histopathological arterial changes in the popliteal artery in peripheral arterial disease of the lower limbs.
Material And Method: A total of 60 popliteal artery segments taken from patients who had undergone lower limb amputation were examined between April and June 2023. The degree of arterial stenosis, medial calcinosis, and the vasa vasorum changes in the arterial adventitia were quantified.

Materials And Methods: This was a prospective study performed in General Surgery Clinic, between 2016-2018. The study comprised 67 patients divided into two groups: A (29 patients who underwent negative pressure wound therapy) and B (38 patients who underwent conventional wound therapy).

Sweet's syndrome is rare acute febrile neutrophilic dermatosis whose onset is either idiopathic or associated with other underlying conditions, such as infections, autoimmune diseases, pregnancy, use of certain medications, or malignancy. We report the case of a young male with known history of ulcerative colitis and abrupt onset of high fever, malaise, blurred vision and eruption of painful erythematous nodules and papules, localized on the head, neck, trunk and upper limbs. Ophthalmological examination established the diagnosis of anterior uveitis.
