Molecular prenatal diagnosis of DMD through amniocentesis is a real preventive reproductive option in our country, although experience with chorionic villus sampling is still limited (CVS).
Objective: Perform the first prenatal diagnosis in an obligate DMD carrier woman in Mexico by CVS.
