Etanercept is a tumor necrosis factor alfa (TNFalpha) antagonist whose efficacy and safety in the treatment of psoriasis have been proven in many clinical trials. Nevertheless, few studies evaluate the efficacy and safety of this therapy in patients after discontinuation and readministration.
