Introduction: The diminished ovarian reserve (DOR) relates to a condition in which the ovary experiences a decline in its typical reproductive capacity. Despite notable advancements in understanding the pathophysiology of reduced ovarian reserve in recent years, significant unresolved challenges remain, particularly concerning the optimal therapeutic approaches for this complex condition. The main aim of this study was to investigate the potential of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) in enhancing ovarian follicle numbers by assessing changes in ovarian reserve markers.

This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy of a single administration of the SLAB51 probiotic formula in improving oxygenation in respiratory distress syndrome (RDS)-affected premature babies, thus reducing their need for oxygen administration. Additionally, the capability of SLAB51 in activating the factor-erythroid 2-related factor (Nrf2) responsible for antioxidant responses was evaluated in vitro.

Study Design: This is a longitudinal and prospective observational study, performed between May 2015 and May 2019, on 506 pregnant women. Clinical data related to pregnancy outcome, neonatal health status, and placental histology were primarily collected.
(1) Background: Menopause is a physiological condition typified by drastic hormonal changes, and the effects of this transition have long-term significant clinical implications on the general health, including symptoms or physical changes. In menopausal women, the periodontium can be affected directly or through neural mechanism by oestrogen (E2) deficiency. The majority of the biological effects of E2 are modulated via both oestrogen receptor-α (ERα) and oestrogen receptor- β (ERβ).

This defect leads to the deficiency of cholesterol biosynthesis with accumulation of 7-dehydrocholesterol. Inhibitory factor 1 (IF) is a well-known mitochondrial protein.

Methods: This prospective study carried out at the University of Bari between May 2015 and May 2017,enrolled 350 pregnant women. Complete obstetric history and HP was collected.
The emergence of link between periodontal disease and diabetes has created conditions for analyzing new interdisciplinary approach making toward tackling oral health and systemic issues. As periodontal disease is a readily modifiable risk factor this association has potential clinical implications. The aim of this paper was systematically review the extant literature related to analytics data in order to identify the association between type 1 diabetes (T1DM) in childhood and adolescence with periodontal inflammation.

They represent the first line professional figure in quantifying blood loss, initiating early diagnosis of obstetric hemorrhage, and mobilizing a team response, if needed. These actions are crucial in determining maternal outcome in postpartum hemorrhage (PPH).
