Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of implementing a quality improvement cycle in the process for identifying critically ill patients in an intensive care center.
Methods: The implementation of an observational and interventional improvement cycle, using a before-and-after quasi-experimental design, with a quantitative approach, in an intensive care center. Seven criteria were developed to evaluate the quality of the identification process.
Objectives: to analyze the applicability of Root Cause Analysis and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis tools, aiming to improve care in pediatric units.
Methods: this is a scoping review carried out according to the Joanna Briggs Institute guidelines, following the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyzes extension for Scoping Reviews. Search took place in May 2018 on 15 data sources.

Objective: To outline the clinical-epidemiological profile of patients submitted to Percutaneous Coronary Intervention in a Reference Hospital in Urgent Cardiology Clinic of the state of Rio Grande do Norte.
Method: This is a descriptive, exploratory, prospective study with a quantitative approach developed in a Brazilian University Hospital with patients submitted to Percutaneous Coronary Intervention. Data collection occurred between April and October 2017.
