Objective: To construct a matrix of interprofessional competencies produced in Multiprofessional Health Residencies in the interior of Rio Grande do Norte.
Method: Qualitative study, with a deductive method for theorization and construction of the competency matrix. It was organized into three phases: theoretical, field and analytical phase.

Among healthcare workers, nurses are at exceptionally considerable risk for contracting COVID-19. Regardless of professionals' level of education, Brazilian nursing is one of the healthcare occupations shouldering the highest levels of responsibility and workload. Social support networks to health and nursing can be a strategy to reduce workload and stress and may contribute to implementing the activities and protecting workers' health.

Methods: a methodological study, carried out from February to December 2021, composed of Convergent Care Research based on Pender's Health Promotion Model. Based on the literature and dialogue with 11 nurses in the seven online focus groups, actions were constructed.
Objective: to construe and validate a podcast for teen sexual and reproductive health education.
Method: a methodological study was conducted based on Freire's perspective. The podcast was construed based on the Knowledge about Sexuality Questionnaire applied to 60 adolescents and an integrative literature review.
This study analyzes the spatial pattern of implementation of Primary Health Care (PHC) teams in Northern and Northeastern Brazil. This is an ecological study on the rates of Community Health Workers (ACS), Family Health Team (eSF), Oral Health Team (eSB), and Family Health Extended Center (NASF) based on data from the Ministry of Health (MoH). The analysis of the area data identified patterns of spatial dependence of the municipalities for the rates, using Moran indices and scatterplots to visualize critical areas' clusters (95% confidence).
View Article and Find Full Text PDFObjective: to map the scientific production on interprofessional relationships in health in the first year of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Method: this is a scoping review performed in PubMed, Scopus, LILACS, CINAHL, Web of Science, Google Scholar and Science Direct databases, covering the period of publication in 2020, using the acronym PCC (Population = health professionals; Concept = interprofessional relationships; Context = health services) and respective search strategies.
Results: fourteen scientific articles were selected and the content discussed in the manuscripts was standardized, analyzed and organized into categories of affinities and similarities of their results: 1 - Interprofessional collaboration; 2 - Collaborative practice; 3 - Interprofessional work; 4 - Interactive and interprofessional learning.
Objective: To identify relational and organizational barriers related to the production of care and to map strategies and tools that favor comprehensive care.
Methods: Scoping review of Brazilian publications from 2008 to 2018, related to the production of care in Primary Health Care. From the 348 studies found in the Virtual Health Library, 30 made up the final sample.

Community healthcare agents are strategic professionals in delivery of Primary Healthcare activities. This article reflects on the role of continuing education in healthcare as a strategic element in ensuring the occupational health of community healthcare agents faced with combating and managing coronavirus 19 disease (COVID-19). In the current scenario, the work of community healthcare agents is undergoing daily reconstruction of professional practice in order to keep pace with the living territories to which they are assigned.

Objectives: to understand how the therapeutic itineraries of people affected by leprosy are processed.
Methods: this is a descriptive, qualitative study, conducted in April 2018 in Barão de Grajaú in Maranhão, with interviews in the form of narratives of seven patients who had a late leprosy diagnosis.
Results: the search for diagnosis is a major difficulty in accessing health services, resulting in a late diagnosis and, consequently, with the presence of visible deformities.
Objective: to discuss the role of Brazilian nursing to face political, economic and sanitary challenges that compose the crisis situation related to Covid-19 pandemics.
Methods: Critical-thinking study with analytics characteristics, based on latin-american critical epidemiology and on the concept of social determination of health.
Results: the central issues related to the Brazilian political-economic and health scenario are problematized, with emphasis on the impacts in terms of social inequality deepening.

With a set of national experiences and productions, it is a political-pedagogical movement that articulates forces from various social and popular segments, health workers, educators, and researchers in collective health, among other actors. Supported by authors such as Paulo Freire and Victor Valla, among others, PEH has been strengthened in the dimensions of training, participation, management, and health care.

Method: a time series study based on data from the Department of Informatics of the Unified Health System. The time trend analysis was performed using the join point regression model.
Objective: To analyze, in the speeches of nurses, the habitus that conforms their professional identity in the primary health care area.
Method: Qualitative study, carried out from March to October 2015, with nurses of primary healthcare units in the cities of Cajazeiras, in the state of Paraíba, and Maracanaú, in the state of Ceará. Data were collected by means of semi-structured interviews, and analyzed through discourse analysis.
Objective To analyze the context of health promotion with adolescents in the health and education interface focusing on the actions of the Brazilian School Health Program. Qualitative study conducted in 2015 with professionals working in the Regional Executive Coordination IV, in Fortaleza, Ceará. Method:: Theoretical-reflexive study, anchored in three essential parts: 1) Care in Heidegger; 2) The essence of care in health vulnerability; And 3) Nursing care actions on health vulnerability.
Results:: Vulnerability must be recognized as an indelible trait of the human condition and has its constituents in the human being, co-presence and care.
This essay discusses the role of Brazilian nursing as a socially committed practice, in the political and pedagogic plan. The concepts of popular participation, representative and participatory democracy, and education in health are recovered, enlightened by the recent history of the constitution of social network of practices and reflections called Popular Education and Health. The construction process and the ethical-political principles of a National Policy of Popular Education in Health are presented, discussing the participation of nursing in the changes of educational practices, in spaces of political representation and formulation of public policies, with a perspective of achieving a fair and equal social order.

The subjects were nine women with HIV/aids attended at the public referral hospital for infectious diseases in Fortaleza-CE. The results appoint that sexuality appears in several dimensions: in the sexual act, in knowing their own body, in professional accomplishment, in feelings of desire and love, besides the feeling of freedom.

Although the prevalence in the literature of the burden is 1%, the risk of complications and death associated with the problem of health in the emergency services have revealed the need for deeper issues related to access to the service of health. It is a quantitative and descriptive research, held in a public hospital Fortaleza city, between April and July of 2006, with 118 patients.

The counselling is an activity developed by a Health professional, properly, and it is destined to who has indication of accomplishing the anti-HIV. In the ambit of the epidemic of HIV/AIDS, the counselling contains three components: the emotional support to the customer; educational support; and evaluation of risks, that propitiates the reflection on values, attitudes and conducts.

This is a study with qualitative approach developed in the inpatient unit of a state public hospital in the municipal district of Fortaleza, CE.
