Objective: Bladder endometriosis is the presence of stroma and endometrial glands in the thickness of the detrusor muscle. The main symptoms it produces are dysuria and hematuria whose intensity is directly proportional to the size of the nodule. It is a difficult entity to diagnose for which physical examination is essential.
