USE OF FIBEROPTIC-GUIDED CO2 LASER IN THE TREATMENT OF UVEAL EFFUSION.

Background/purpose: To report a new technique for treating patients with uveal effusion syndrome by the fiberoptic-guided CO2 laser.

Methods: Interventional case report. A 74-year-old man presented with exudative detachment of the choroid secondary to uveal effusion syndrome.

Histopathology Findings of Corneal Buttons in Congenital Aniridia Patients.

Purpose: To evaluate the corneal button of primary penetrating keratoplasty of patients diagnosed with congenital aniridia. The study took place at the Instituto Universitario Barraquer and the Centro de Oftalmología Barraquer.
