Objective: the aim of our study was to assess the effect of bariatric surgery on obstetric outcomes. Material and methods: a retrospective cohort study was conducted, including 54 pregnancies post-bariatric surgery and 219 pregnancies in non-operated obese women, from December 2018 to January 2023.
