  • Non-union is a common issue with scaphoid fractures, often leading to functional limitations; various treatments exist, but data on outcomes and patient satisfaction are limited.
  • A case series reports on patients treated with a vascularized medial femoral condyle technique, showing that 83% achieved bone union and notable improvements in motion and grip strength after an average follow-up of 31 months.
  • The technique demonstrates reliable clinical results and high patient satisfaction, suggesting it is an effective option for managing scaphoid fracture non-union.
