Objectives: In the United States, nonadherence to seasonal influenza vaccination guidelines for children and adolescents is common and results in unnecessary morbidity and mortality. We conducted a quality improvement project to improve vaccination rates and test effects of 2 interventions on vaccination guidelines adherence.
Methods: We conducted a cluster randomized control trial with 11 primary care practices (PRACTICE) that provided care for 11 293 individual children and adolescents in a children's health care system from September 2015 through April 2016.
Objectives: Paramedics and emergency medical technicians (EMTs) perform triage at disaster sites. There is a need for disaster triage training. Live simulation training is costly and difficult to deliver.

Methods: The study included 77 patients, aged 32-77 years, in whom infection of a joint prosthesis (48 hip, 29 knee) was suspected. In all patients the following examinations were performed consecutively: a two-phase Tc methylene diphosphonate (Tc-MDP) bone scan, a Tc hexamethylproplyene amine oxime (Tc-HMPAO) labelled white blood cell (WBC) scan, and a Tc microcolloid bone marrow (BM) scan.
Objective: We investigated the effect of chronic estrogen treatment on the inhibitory action of nitric oxide (NO) on prolactin release.
Methods: The effect of NO on prolactin release was studied in anterior pituitaries of female Wistar rats, intact at random stages, ovariectomized (OVX), and OVX treated for 15 days with 17beta-estradiol (OVX-E(2)).
Results: Sodium nitroprusside (NP, 0.
