Production of pine sawdust biochar supporting phosphate-solubilizing bacteria as an alternative bioinoculant in Allium cepa L., culture.

We produced and characterised biochar made from Caribbean pine sawdust as raw material. The biochar (BC) was used as biocompatible support to co-inoculate phosphate solubilizing bacteria (PSB) (BC/PSB) on Allium cepa L., plants at a greenhouse scale for four months.

Non-domestic wastewater treatment with fungal/bacterial consortium followed by sp., and thermal conversion of the generated sludge.

Unlabelled: Liquid waste from biological stains is considered non-domestic wastewater difficult to treat, generating high environmental impact. Therefore, the objective of this work was to carry out secondary and tertiary treatment of these effluents at a pilot scale, using a fungal/bacterial consortium followed by sp., for 15 days.
