Metabolic Changes in Children that Received Chemotherapy.

Cancer treatments are associated with short and long-effects. Epidemiological reports have revealed clinical features of metabolic syndrome (MS), obesity or overweight in young cancer survivors. The aim of the study was to examine the prevalence of unhealthy weight status and risk factors associated with MS related to chemotherapy.
