The role of temozolomide as adjuvant therapy in glioblastoma management: a systematic review and meta-analysis.

Introduction: The persistent challenge of temozolomide (TMZ) resistance and the eventual recurrence of tumors underscore the need for ongoing research and the development of novel therapeutic strategies.
