Background: e-Learning is one way to provide continuing education and has been shown to be an effective method. However, little is known about how psychiatric organizations benefit from continuing education.
Purpose: The aim of this study was to use Kirkpatrick's four-level model to evaluate an e-learning continuing education course from the perspectives of nursing managers in psychiatric hospital organizations.
