Objective: To establish the prevalence of bronchiectasis, correlate the IgG IV or SC immunoglobulin dose and serum IgG levels with the total Bhalla score and the severity of bronchiectasis and associate serum IgG levels with the development of pulmonary infectious processes in patients with diagnosis of innate errors of immunity.
Methods: A descriptive, observational, cross-sectional study with patients over 18 years of age diagnosed with IBD. Clinical records and computed axial tomography were reviewed.

Introduction: Aeroallergen exposure has an intra- and extra-domiciliary component and varies according to climatological zones. Mexico is a large country with a great variety of climates. A previous study (2009) evaluated skin prick test results (SPT) in different regions.

We aimed to identify the potential monogenic causes of autoimmune disorders in 26 patients from a pediatric reference hospital in Mexico through whole-exome sequencing. We specifically selected patients with a family history of autoimmune diseases, early-onset symptoms, and difficult-to-control autoimmune disorders or autoimmunity associated with infection predisposition.

Desensitization seeks to induce tem- porary tolerance, decreasing the probability of clinical manifestations through gradual administration of the total dose of the drug, being target cells of the procedure, basophils, and mast cells, preventing their activation.
Case Report: The objective is to present a personalized desensitization protocol in a 36-year-old female patient with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) pre- viously treated with rituximab in 2019, 4 doses, presenting during the fourth administration, after 10 minutes, dyspnea, feeling foreign body in the pharynx, chest pain, angioedema, and neurological alteration.
Background: Any substance used as a treatment for any disease can produce harmful or unpleasant events called adverse drug reactions (ADRs). They are due to inherent biological effects of the drug and are caused by immunological and non-immunological mechanisms.
Objectives: To describe the immunological mechanisms of hypersensitivity reactions (HSR) to drugs, their epidemiology, risk factors, classification, clinical manifestations, diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis.

Betalactams are the most widely used antimicrobials for their safety and efficacy. These include the penicillins, cephalosporins, carbapenems, and monobactams. Penicillin allergy ranks first in relation to drug allergy.

Methods: In a period of 7 months, a total of 96 patients who were over 18 years of age were analyzed; they had been diagnosed with chronic spontaneous urticaria and chronic inducible urticaria.
Results: The frequency of chronic urticaria was of 1.

Background: Allergen immunotherapy (AIT) has a longstanding history and still remains the only disease-changing treatment for allergic rhinitis and asthma. Over the years 2 different schools have developed their strategies: the United States (US) and the European. Allergen extracts available in these regions are adapted to local practice.

Gut microbiota interacts closely with the immune system, and intestinal dysbiosis is related to multiple diseases.
Objective: To describe for the first time the composition of gut microbiota in Mexican patients with CVID.

Background: In Mexico, allergen immunotherapy (AIT) and immunotherapy with hymenoptera venom (VIT) is traditionally practiced combining aspects of the European and American school. In addition, both types of extracts (European and American) are commercially available in Mexico. Moreover, for an adequate AIT/VIT a timely diagnosis is crucial.
