Healthcare workers are increasingly utilising cutting-edge technology, including mobile apps, to enhance patient health care and ensure efficient professional performance. The aim of this study was to design, develop and evaluate an educational mobile app dedicated towards being employed by nursing students and practicing nurses to support the clinical assessment of a patient's health condition in nursing care. In order to develop the mobile app, the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation (ADDIE) model was employed.

This article is dedicated to the development of a model for competencies within an educational program and its implementation through the use of semantic technologies. The model proposed by the authors is distinctive in that competencies are organized into a hierarchical data structure with arbitrary levels of nesting. Furthermore, the article presents an original solution for modelling the input requirements for studying a course, which is defined in the form of dependencies between the competencies generated by the course and the competencies of other courses.

This article is devoted to solving the problem of converting sign language into a consistent text with intonation markup for subsequent voice synthesis of sign phrases by speech with intonation. The paper proposes an improved method of continuous recognition of sign language, the results of which are transmitted to a natural language processor based on analyzers of morphology, syntax, and semantics of the Kazakh language, including morphological inflection and the construction of an intonation model of simple sentences. This approach has significant practical and social significance, as it can lead to the development of technologies that will help people with disabilities to communicate and improve their quality of life.

The innovative Eye Movement Modelling Examples (EMMEs) method can be used in medicine as an educational training tool for the assessment and verification of students and professionals. Our work was intended to analyse the possibility of using eye tracking tools to verify the skills and training of people engaged in laboratory medicine on the example of parasitological diagnostics. Professionally active laboratory diagnosticians working in a multi-profile laboratory (non-parasitological) ( = 16), laboratory diagnosticians no longer working in this profession ( = 10), and medical analyst students ( = 56), participated in the study.
