Complete Genome Sequence of Isolated from Limonium sinuatum in Ecuador.

The complete genome sequence of (ANSV) isolated from the statice cut flower (Limonium sinuatum) is presented. The genome has the three characteristic segments of the genus , family , the S segment (3,135 bp), the M segment (4,869 bp), and the L segment (8,755 bp).

ABSTRACT The concept of model qualification, i.e., discovering the domain over which a validated model may be properly used, was illustrated with LATEBLIGHT, a mathematical model that simulates the effect of weather, host growth and resistance, and fungicide use on asexual development and growth of Phytophthora infestans on potato foliage.
