Background: The circumference of the aortic annulus adjusts proportionally with changes in left ventricular volume. These dimensional changes in the aortic annulus improve the left ventricular outflow tract (LVOT) hemodynamics and enhance the anterior mitral valve leaflet (AML) movement.
