EN AC-46000 alloy was used as a base alloy. The paper presents the effect of Cr, Mo, V and W on the crystallization process and the microstructure of HPDC aluminum alloy as well as an alloy from the shell mold.

The phase composition, microstructure, and mechanical and elastic properties of the materials were characterized. Three-dimensional geometric models of the composites were created on the basis of microstructure parameters.
