Triggered electromyography (t-EMG) is an accurate neuromonitoring test for detection of malpositioned TPSs. However, single-pulse (SP) t-EMG stimulation has shown variable capability for detecting medial pedicle breaches, while pulse-train (PT) t-EMG could be more accurate.
