  • The study examined how an extract from Porophyllum ruderale and laser therapy impact burn healing in rats.
  • The research involved 72 rats divided into four groups to compare healing with laser, P. ruderale extract, both, or no treatment.
  • Results showed that laser therapy alone improved healing by increasing fibroblasts, collagen, and blood vessels while reducing inflammatory cells, while P. ruderale showed potential anti-inflammatory effects despite not enhancing laser treatment outcomes.
