In the title complex, [Pd(CHN)(CHCN)](CFSO) or [Pd(bipy)(CHCN)](CFSO), the palladium(II) ion is fourfold coordinated by two aceto-nitrile mol-ecules and a bidentate 2,2'-bi-pyridine ligand in a distorted square-planar geometry.
