Objectives: To identify the impact of social determinants of health and clinical status on referral and intervention for congenital sensorineural hearing loss.

Study Design: Retrospective chart review of children with confirmed sensorineural or mixed hearing loss between 2013 and 2021 at a single academic medical institution.

Methods: Referral rates and timing for hearing rehabilitation, rates and timing of completed evaluation, and rate and timing of amplification were recorded.

Objective: Examine differences in cost between single stage (ss) versus double stage (ds) laryngotracheal reconstruction (LTR) for pediatric subglottic stenosis.

Study Design: Retrospective chart review of children who underwent ssLTR or dsLTR from 2014 to 2018 at a single institution.

Methods: Costs related to LTR and post-operative care up to one year after tracheostomy decannulation were extrapolated from charges billed to the patient.

The objective of our study was to determine the prevalence, risk factors, and the impact of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) in the adult with congenital heart disease (ACHD). One hundred forty-nine consecutive patients seen in our ACHD program were screened for OSA using the Berlin Questionnaire. Demographic and clinical details on subjects were collected through a chart review.
