Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) is a highly lethal malignancy characterized by poor prognosis, therapeutic resistance, and frequent recurrence. Current therapeutic options for PDAC include surgery, radiotherapy, immunological and targeted approaches. However, all these therapies provide only a slight improvement in patient survival.
