Objectives: to understand the nursing team's perception in relation to the care provided to pregnant women with mental disorders admitted to a psychiatric hospital unit.

Methods: Convergent Care Research carried out between August and December 2021, through semi-structured interviews with 25 nursing professionals from a Psychiatric Unit from a reference Hospital in Southern Brazil.

Results: the organized and analyzed data resulted in two thematic categories: Technical, generic and impersonal care; and From impersonality to the singularity of nursing care.

Background: The first Covid-19 pandemic affected the epidemiology of several diseases. A general reduction in the emergency department (ED) accesses was observed during this period, both in adult and pediatric contexts.

Methods: This retrospective study was conducted on the behalf of the Italian Society of Pediatric Nephrology (SINePe) in 17 Italian pediatric EDs in March and April 2020, comparing them with data from the same periods in 2018 and 2019.

Objective: To implement and signify entrepreneurial interventions in Nursing, with a view to the social emancipation of women working in an Association of Recyclable Materials.

Method: Action-research with an intervention process based on an action alluding to Mother's Day, carried out in a pandemic period, with the participation of 28 women from a Recycling Association.

Results: The reflexive thematic analysis, which enabled the systematic recording of ideas, insights and the meanings of the intervention, gave rise to two categories: From apparent isolation to professional reinvention and from invisibility to dignity and the feeling of social equality.

Objective: To identify and implement care and ambience strategies, with a view to hospital humanization.

Method: Action-research study, whose investigation process occurred between January and March 2019, with the participation of employees in strategic functions of a medium-sized hospital, through a focus group and strategic focal analysis. The implementation of care and ambience strategies started in May 2019 and remains in progress, with the responsible and multiplying participation of professionals and patients.

Background: To evaluate the ability of Weighted-Incidence Syndromic Combination Antibiograms (WISCA) to inform the selection of empirical antibiotic regimens for suspected paediatric community-acquired urinary tract infections.

Methods: Data were collected from outpatients (< 15 years) accessing the emergency rooms of Padua University-Hospital and Mestre Dell' Angelo-Hospital (Venice) between January 1st, 2016, and December 31st, 2018. WISCAs were developed by estimating the coverage of eight regimens using a Bayesian hierarchical model adjusted for age, sex, and previous antibiotic treatment or renal/urological comorbidities.

The scope of this paper is to ascertain the perception of community leadership, health professionals and users regarding citizenship status and the enhancement of the healthcare conditions of families belonging to a vulnerable community. This is an exploratory study of a qualitative nature, guided by theory based on data. This study sought to understand the meaning of the performance of a Family Health Strategy team in a socially vulnerable community. Grounded Data Theory was used as a methodological benchmark and the data collection technique consisted of interviews with twenty-five Family Health Strategy professionals between July and December of 2009. Data analysis revealed that the Family Health Strategy can be seen as a facilitator and stimulator of the process of expansion and consolidation of healthcare networks.

The aim of this qualitative exploratory research is to understand how health workers relate to the main object of their work--the user--both subject and author of his/her life history. Eleven nursing practitioners from a Basic Health Unit participated in a semi-structured instrument, in March and April, 2008. The speeches revealed two converging themes: (1) Consideration of human peculiarities in attention to health care; and (2) dialogue and assistance as interactive possibilities.

We objective to discuss the Users' Rights Booklet of the Health Unified System with patients and family members who had looked for attendance in public hospital service. One has chosen the action research, a qualitative and constructive method, which takes into account collective participation and planned action for changes of situations. The data were collected along with the research participants' discussions by means of weekly meetings throughout 2007.
