Intestinal flora is a complex micro-ecosystem in human body, which is called the second genome of human body. Intestinal flora imbalance plays an important role in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer through circulation, metabolism and immunity. Gastric cancer is associated with dysbacteriosis.

Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese medicine therapy that is treatment by placing a needle or pressure in a specific position on the patient's skin. Although used in the treatment of various diseases, acupuncture is effective in the treatment of ischemic stroke (IS), and has made some progress in the mechanism of action of the treatment of this disease. IS is difficult to treat, and there is a high rate of disability.

However, chain alignment remains impeded by the presence of hydrogen bonds between adjacent chains. Herein, a facile sacrificial micelle-assisted-alignment strategy is proposed, leading to well-aligned, strong and tough pure chitosan hydrogels.

Background: Healthcare is crucial to patient care because it provides vital services for maintaining and restoring health. As healthcare technology evolves, cutting-edge tools facilitate faster diagnosis and more effective patient treatment. In the present age of pandemics, the Internet of Things (IoT) offers a potential solution to the problem of patient safety monitoring by creating a massive quantity of data about the patient through the linked devices around them and then analyzing it to estimate the patient's current status.

Traditional treatment approaches primarily rely on pharmacotherapy and behavioral therapy, yet not all patients benefit from these methods, and they often come with certain side effects. Thus, identifying safe and effective alternative or adjunctive treatments is of paramount importance.

Methods: Ninety cases of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy (Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome) were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with western medicine (nerve nutrition, pain relief, and circulation improvement drugs), and the treatment group was treated with Gao's nape needle combined with modified Shentong Zhuyu decoction on the basis of the control group.
Multilayer hydrogels are widely used in biomedical-related fields due to their complex and variable spatial structures. Various strategies have been developed for preparing multilayer hydrogels, among which electrically induced self-assembly provides a simple and effective method for multilayer hydrogel fabrication. By application of an oscillatory electrical signal sequence, multilayer hydrogels with distinct boundaries can be formed according to the provided programmable signals.

TCMSP and DrugBank databases were used to screen the main targets of the main active components of Tripterygium glycosides, and OMIM and Gene Cards databases were used to search the gene targets of MN. UniProt database was used to normalize all the targets to get the intersection targets of TGs and MNs.

Understanding the dynamic construction process of anisotropic hydrogel is beneficial for matching subsequent application. In this work, we establish an electrical field in microfluidics for the in-situ real time visualization of anisotropic assembly of chitosan, an amino polysaccharide.
