Given the World Health Organization's target to eliminate the hepatitis C virus (HCV) by 2030, we assessed the impact of French public policies and the COVID-19 pandemic on HCV testing and initiation of direct-antiviral agents (DAAs). The offer of anti-cancer drugs has recently been disrupted by the introduction of checkpoint inhibitors on the market.
