In particular, the ethanolic leaf extract of Abutilon indicum (ELEAI) has demonstrated anti-inflammatory effects, notably targeting the 5-lipoxygenase enzyme pivotal in inflammatory responses.

Phytochemical Analysis and Antioxidant Evaluation of the Ethanolic Extract of the Leaves of Abutilon indicum.
