Introduction And Importance: Vertical transmission of the novel coronavirus, known as severe acute respiratory syndrome-coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2), has not yet been proven. However, several case reports and case series worldwide, including ours, support this certain type of transmission. Although COVID-19 has been mostly treated supportively, in some cases, including ours, medical treatment seems to be essential.

The Effects of Curcumin Plus Piperine Supplementation in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction: A Randomized, Double-Blind, and Placebo-Controlled Trial.

Background: Acute myocardial infarction (AMI) is a leading cause of death and disability worldwide. Previous investigations have demonstrated that curcumin has a cardioprotective effect and may improve myocardial injury. So this study was performed to assess whether supplementation with curcumin could diminish myocardial injury following AMI.

Neonates with Covid-19 infection: Is there any different treatment process?

This study was designed to investigate the neonates with COVID-19 admitted to two hospitals in Neyshabur and Mashhad, Iran. In this study, 17 neonates are introduced with positive nasopharyngeal COVID-19 polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test who admitted to two hospitals in Iran. Perinatal information, contacts with a person with COVID-19 infection, clinical signs at the time of admission, laboratory tests, radiological evaluations, pulmonary and extra pulmonary complications, and short-term outcome have been reported.

It is necessary to find out the fluoride endemic areas to adopt remedial measures to the people on the risk of fluorosis. Assessment health status of ICU medical equipment levels at Neyshabur hospitals using ICNA and ACC indices.

This study was conducted to evaluate the health status of medical equipment's in Neyshabur hospital's intensive care units (ICU) before and after daily cleaning in order to compare the efficiency of the observational and microbial methods in evaluating hygienic conditions and cleaning of the environmental surfaces at the hospitals in Neyshabur. The study was performed in a ten-week period, twice a week before and after daily cleaning according to the ICNA observational method and the ACC microbial method were performed on the selected sites.
