Background and aim Anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injuries often occur along with menisci tears. ACL reconstruction with meniscectomy has long been the preferred technique for such injuries; however, it has been postulated to increase the chances of osteoarthritis (OA). Therefore, recent techniques have involved preserving menisci while reconstructing ACL to prevent OA and improve overall functional outcomes.

The intricate coordination of joint movements relies heavily on the ACL's screw-home mechanism, a crucial element for synchronizing knee movement with neighboring joints. Despite its indispensable role, the ACL is susceptible to injury, necessitating surgical intervention.

Materials And Methods: The study included 40 individuals with necrotic pulp and apical periodontitis. Calcium hydroxide was administered as the intracanal medication during the two-visit endodontic therapy.
Background: Pulp sensibility testing is an essential part of the diagnostic process in the assessment of pulpal health. Several lines of evidence suggest an interaction between control of blood pressure and pain regulatory mechanisms.
Aim: The aim of the study is to compare pulp sensibility test responses in normotensive and hypertensive individuals.
The aim of the present systematic review was to summarise and evaluate the studies comparing the role of contracted endodontic cavities (CECs) and traditional endodontic cavities (TECs) in terms of instrumentation efficacy. The present systematic review comprised of a search of the online databases of Cochrane, PubMed, Google Scholar and grey literature. The articles which were pertaining to instrumentation efficacy in contracted and traditional endodontic cavities were selected based on the PRISMA checklist.

However, their interactive effect is not well documented, especially after experiencing psychological trauma.
Objective: This study examined the role of hazardous alcohol use (i.
The Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program (YRRP) was created to meet the needs of National Guard members and their families throughout the deployment cycle. This study examined the perceived utility of the YRRP's delivery of information and assistance during the postdeployment reintegration period by National Guard members and accompanying supporters who were mostly spouses. Over 22 months, from 10 YRRP events, 683 service members and 411 supporters completed questionnaires immediately after the YRRP.

Relational factors that mediate this persistence have rarely been systematically examined. Our aim is to examine the relative effects of psychopathology in familial and non-familial networks on the persistence of both disorders over adulthood.
