The objective of this study was to evaluate the relations among electroretinogram (ERG) parameters (cone a-wave, cone b-wave, and 30 Hz flicker), retinal thickness, and retinal volume in 16 patients with central retinal vein occlusion and macular edema. The amplitude and implicit time of the ERG parameters were extracted from the ERG traces. Retinal thickness and volume were measured by optical coherence tomography in nine macular subfields.
