Exposure to air pollution, meanwhile, is associated with complications such as acute respiratory inflammations, asthma attack, and deaths from cardiorespiratory disease. Materials And Methods: A total of 371 participants were given a pretested, precoded, questionnaire was used to collect data to assess the prevalence of fear of paraplegia in spinal anesthesia. The questionnaire contained questions to assess variables like the extent of fear, causes, gender preponderance, any false information about paraplegia in spinal anesthesia, and complications experienced after receiving spinal anesthesia.
Colorectal peritoneal carcinomatosis (CPC) is an advanced malignancy and is typically associated with a poor prognosis. Hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC) following complete cytoreductive surgery (CRS) is a novel, advanced loco-regional treatment for colorectal cancer that is currently being used to treat peritoneal carcinomatosis (PC). The present review aims to describe the evidence-based literature on the efficacy and safety of this treatment approach in patients with PC originating from colorectal cancer and to summarize its complications.
