Several human and environmental issues are reported, including related diseases caused by lithium waste. Introduction: The stereotype content model postulates that different groups evoke different emotions and reactions based on two dimensions: intention toward others (warmth) and competence.

Methods: In this study, we used an experimental design and a qualitative approach to investigate how managerial strategies are selected and motivated when a subordinate makes a work task related error but belongs to a group that is stereotypical perceived differently in terms of warmth and competence (age groups with or without a medical condition). Thus 75 employees analyzed one of the five hypothetical cases and described the managerial strategy and motivation for usage.

The recovery and recycling of metals that generate toxic ions in the environment is of particular importance, especially when these are tungsten and, in particular, thorium. The radioactive element thorium has unexpectedly accessible domestic applications (filaments of light bulbs and electronic tubes, welding electrodes, and working alloys containing aluminum and magnesium), which lead to its appearance in electrical and electronic waste from municipal waste management platforms. Long-term safety and efficacy of emicizumab have been demonstrated in several clinical trials. Polatuzumab vedotin, marketed under the trade name POLIVY, is a CD79b-targeted antibody-drug conjugate that preferentially delivers a potent anti-mitotic agent (monomethyl auristatin E) to B cells, resulting in anti-cancer activity against B-cell malignancies. In 2019, polatuzumab vedotin in combination with rituximab and bendamustine was approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration for the treatment of adult patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma who have received at least two prior therapies. Recent Health Authority guidance recommendations for submitting an Integrated Summary of Immunogenicity were followed including a comprehensive immunogenicity risk assessment, bioanalytical strategy, and immunogenicity data to support the registration of polatuzumab vedotin.
