Pleomorphic adenoma is a benign tumor of the salivary glands. It develops preferentially in the parotid gland. The authors report a localization of a pleomorphic adenoma on the palate and discuss the value of CT scan in therapeutic strategy.

The breast tumor was treated with neoadjuvant chemotherapy followed by a radical mastectomy associated with axillary dissection. Its most distinctive feature is a strong local aggressiveness, a tendency to recur and an unpredictable risk of association with epidermoid carcinoma.
