We investigate the reflectance of a dielectric plate coated with a graphene sheet which possesses the nonzero energy gap and chemical potential at any temperature. The general formalism for the reflectance using the polarization tensor is presented in the framework of Dirac model. It allows calculation of the reflectivity properties for any material plate coated with real graphene sheet on the basis of first principles of quantum electrodynamics.

The indicators of red blood of the patients from the group where they had been treated with medicine containing iron and antihelicobacterial therapy had a tendency to be higher with a prolonged compensation of anemia in comparison with the group of the patients who had not had antibacterial therapy. Finger kirliandiagnostics was offered as an express-method to identify a possible infection.

High antiviral effect of the drug was shown.

AP was recorded at all procedures, during the whole time the respective procedure was being conducted and during five days following the course of treatment. A significant hypotensive effect was recordable in the wake of chest compression.

The expansion of 31P-NMR ATP and 2,3-DPG signals is observed in pathology. On these grounds the authors have come to a conclusion that the population of erythrocytes is more heterogeneous as to oxygen saturation than in normal state.

In viral diseases, amizone has marked analgetic, antiinflammatory, and immunomodulating effects. The drug is well tolerated by patients, is not associated with side effects under prescribed doses (0.

Among many methods of pain control drug-induced anesthesia is of great importance. The multiplicity of pain requires optimal use of analgetics and their combination with other agents strictly in coordination with individual needs of the patient.

The authors studied the parameters of the systemic and cerebral circulation in 58 patients with a stroke involving a reversible neurological deficit and compared them with the clinical course of the disease and analogous parameters in 53 patients with ischemic stroke. The efficacy of some vasoactive drugs in a combined treatment of "minor stroke" was evaluated.

The study of the antigenic relationship between Y. pseudotuberculosis in red blood cells and different highly vulnerable tissues of the human body (in the liver, the spleen, the kidneys, the lymph nodes, the intestine) has been carried out; as a result, the presence of heterogeneous substances has been shown. Y.

A total of 145 patients having Far Eastern scarlatiniform fever, 99 healthy persons and 54 patients with diseases of non-pseudotuberculous etiology have been examined by means of Fradkin's neutrophil damage test, the capillary cell migration inhibition test and the intradermal test. The specific transformation of the cellular immunity system has been shown to occur in scarlatiniform fever. This transformation takes the form of delayed type hypersensitivity reaction.
